An inspection of the footings, foundation, water or damp proofing of the foundation, rough in inspections of the structural, electrical, plumbing and mechanical components, insulation and vapor barrier, and final inspection of the completed home. This will include a minimum of six inspections.

Consulting services are also available for owner/builders. Inspections follow the 2006 International Residential Code(IRC), the 2006 International Energy Conservation Code(IECC) and plumbing and electrical codes as adopted by the State of Alaska.
