    • Registered with the State of Alaska (Reg#-7) to inspect both existing homes and new construction.

    • Member of the major home inspector professional associations including the American society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and the National Association of Home inspectors (NAHI) and the International Code Council (ICC).

    • Certified by FHA and the AHFC (BEES Certificate #1488).

    • Several certifications from the National Environmental Health Association including, Environmental Health Specialist (REHS), Registered Hazardous Substance Specialist (RHSP) and Residential Radon Measurement Provider.

    • Cliff received his formal home inspection training from the American Home Inspectors Training Institute and the International Code Council.
