We have provided inspection services in the Matanuska/Susitna Valley since 2002. Our chief inspector was previously a general contractor specializing in residential construction and has over 30 years experience.

Description of services: We provide a variety of inspection services for residential real estate including complete home inspections for buyers and sellers following the American Society of Home Inspectors Standards of Practice; Siding Inspections per the NEFSI; Building Inspections for new construction including Mechanical, Structural, Electrical, and Plumbing per The 2006 International Residential Code; Plan Review and Consultation for owner/builders; Home Energy Ratings per the Alaska Home Finance Cooperation; Air leak Point Identification including thermal imaging ; residential radon monitoring; and mold surveys.

News: We are now providing Energy Rating Services for the state’s energy improvements upgrade program. Upgrades of one Star rating and three points to your homes energy score are eligible for up to $4000.00 in reimbursement. The fee for the first rating (the As‐is rating) is $400.00 and for the Post improvement rating (done after you finish the improvements) is $200.00. The program will reimburse $325.00 and $175/00 respectively. You can take up to 18 months to accomplish the improvements and have the Post rating completed.
